PROJECT OVERVIEW

A large-scale enterprise platform that supports financial, audit, and consulting workflows for global clients. The product focuses on secure data processing, advanced analytics, and workflow automation, helping organizations streamline decision-making, ensure compliance, and improve operational efficiency.

This role owns AI DevOps and LLMOps end-to-end, delivering reliable, cost-efficient AI systems used in real business workflows. 

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

• Design and operate production RAG systems (hybrid retrieval, chunking, reranking);

• Build agent-based AI workflows with tool calling and memory;

• Implement LLMOps pipelines (evaluation, tracing, observability, prompt versioning);

• Deploy AI services using Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless architectures;

• Optimize AI platforms for cost, latency, and reliability;

• Build cloud-native AI infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP;

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams on AI platform delivery. 

IF YOU ARE

• 10+ years in software, data, or AI engineering with production GenAI experience;

• Hands-on experience with RAG systems and AI agents;

• Strong LLMOps / AI DevOps background;

• Advanced Python and backend development skills; 

• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, MCP;

• Experience with OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, Gemini, or Llama models;

• Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Weaviate, OpenSearch, ElasticSearch);

• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP;

• Strong DevOps skills (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD). 

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience replacing third-party AI vendors with in-house platforms;

• Multimodal AI experience (audio, video, vision);

• Experience with MLflow, LangSmith, or AI observability tools;

• Leadership or mentoring experience.
