PROJECT OVERVIEW

Our client is a leading commercial real estate advisory and services provider, supporting large institutional investors, global corporations, and other owners and occupiers. Their mission is to make leasing, buying, and selling properties across the retail, office, multifamily, industrial, student housing, and hospitality sectors easier and more efficient.

The organization brings together deep market expertise and technology to guide clients through every stage of the real estate lifecycle, creating better outcomes for all stakeholders. Recently, the group acquired a premier UK-based chartered surveying and property consultancy, which is now undergoing transformation and alignment with the broader global organization.

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Engineer to help enhance and expand our client's Property Intelligence platform, serving the UK, France (FR), and Germany (DE) markets. You will work closely with a cross-national team to implement features and improvements that ensure the platform meets the evolving needs of the European Union real estate sector. This role is technically hands-on and will involve building robust, secure, and scalable solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure, .NET Core, and Angular

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

• Develop new features and enhancements to the Property Intelligence platform based on user and market requirements in the UK, FR & DE.

• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to implement solutions that deliver an excellent user experience designing the UI of the application.

• Leverage Microsoft Azure services for scalable, secure, and efficient deployment of applications.

• Design and develop APIs services using .NET Core and integrate them with Angular front-end components.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation for the delivery of high-quality solutions.

• Optimize performance, security, and reliability of the system for compliance with EU standards.

• Contribute to agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and cross-border project delivery.

IF YOU HAVE

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer. 

• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure cloud services (Synapse, Blob Storage, Azure SQL, Azure Functions, ADF, AD, and Logic Apps). 

• Proficiency in .NET Core for API and server-side development. 

• Strong experience with Angular for modern, responsive front-end applications. 

• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and integration patterns. 

• Experience in designing and maintaining SQL and NoSQL databases (legacy and cloud), data migration,  and integrating to various internal and external data sources. 

• Any experience with Crystal Reports (.NET reporting), Mapper, Wilson, LINQ, .NET Forms is beneficial 

• Experience with agile software development and working with distributed teams. 

• Excellent problem-solving skills, technical documentation, and communication abilities. 

• Exposure to the real estate industry or property data platforms. 

• Experience working on EU-focused applications or digital products with compliance/regulatory requirements. 

• Understanding of UX/UI best practices for data-intensive applications.
