PROJECT OVERVIEW

The goal of the project is to improve the everyday digital experience for employees in customers’ organizations to increase job satisfaction and overall productivity. The product helps to improve end-user experience and consists of 2 parts: the system metric collector and BI.

We're scaling our Platform/DevOps team to support a complex ML infrastructure project. We need a senior engineer who takes full ownership - from architecture decisions to making sure what's built actually works.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

• Architect and implement scalable, production-grade infrastructure on Azure and AKS;

• Lead infrastructure delivery for an ML platform (TimescaleDB, message queues, autoscaling);

• Design and own CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies;

• Set the bar for infrastructure quality - changes are tested, validated, and documented before sign-off;

• Establish best practices across the team.

IF YOU HAVE

• 5+ years in DevOps / Platform Engineering, with at least 2 in a senior/lead capacity;

• Deep hands-on expertise with Azure and AKS;

• Strong CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, ArgoCD, or similar);

• Experience with ML or data-heavy infrastructure (TimescaleDB, Kafka/queues, autoscaling) - strong plus;

• IaC proficiency: Terraform, Helm, or equivalent;

• High ownership mindset - you don't call something done until it's verified.
