Infrastructure QA Engineer
PROJECT OVERVIEW
The goal of the project is to improve the everyday digital experience for employees in customers’ organizations to increase job satisfaction and overall productivity. The product helps to improve end-user experience and consists of 2 parts: the system metric collector and BI.
We need someone who understands infrastructure well enough to validate it end-to-end - embedded with the DevOps/Platform team, owning the answer to "how do we know this actually works?"
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
Define and execute validation strategies for infrastructure changes (AKS, databases, queues, autoscaling);
Validate CI/CD pipelines and environment configurations;
Build test frameworks and runbooks for infra releases;
Bridge the gap between deployment and confidence - catching issues before they hit production.
IF YOU HAVE
3+ years in QA with meaningful exposure to infrastructure, platform, or DevOps contexts;
Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure: Kubernetes, CI/CD, networking, databases;
Experience writing infrastructure/environment validation tests or smoke test suites;
Able to read and reason about IaC (Terraform, Helm) - authoring not required;
Azure / AKS familiarity is a plus;
Collaborative by nature - this role works shoulder-to-shoulder with DevOps engineers daily.
